Requirements: Minimum of bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English and German 0-2 years’ experience in HR Admin, HR processes Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel) Good interpersonal and communication skills • Administrative writing and reporting skills Written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Employee personal data changes - Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates Process employment data - new hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LOA, document creation & issuance HR based transactions - mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting Reporting - (ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity.
