HR & Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and organised HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract (2 years, with the possibility of extension).
The main focus of the role will be end-to-end recruitment, but you will also provide support for HR processes, office administration, and employee-related initiatives.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Recruitment (Main Focus)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles
- Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through interview coordination
- Track and report recruitment progress
HR Processes & Employee Experience
- Contribute to performance management and career development initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding with care and precision
Office & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documents when needed
- Coordinate payroll activities with finance and external providers when required
- Coordinate local office logistics (supplies, facilities, courier services)
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES DO I NEED?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR administration and processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting HR projects such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, or career and learning development programs
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements
- Prior experience in a growing company or start-up environment
