
HR Assistant
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR admin, office support, or similar roles is not required but it's a plus.
- Studies in Sociology, Psychology, Law, or HR-related fields
- Excellent organizational skills and eagle-eye attention to detail
- Discreet, reliable, and professional – you know how to handle sensitive info
- Fluent in English
- Curious, driven, and ready to grow in your HR career
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR admin across the entire employee lifecycle
- Draft and prepare contracts, terminations, addendums, and employment documentation
- Keep our digital and physical employee records up-to-date and audit-ready
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes with precision
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communication
- Pitch in with employee engagement initiatives and HR communications
- Respond to employee questions and direct them to the right info or person
- Help ensure HR policies, compliance, and reporting are on point
