Actively contribute to the execution of the annual compensation survey projects.

Validate and manage participant lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Draft and send professional email communications to clients, including invitations, instructions, and
- ups.

Track survey responses, maintain status dashboards, and escalate delays or issues as needed.

Gathering compensation data for the 100 largest listed companies– based on their annual reports / compensation reports.

Capture and input the required data into the Data Point Collector (DPC) tool, following structured guidance embedded in the platform.

Support the preparation and processing of datasets for internal and
- facing reports.

Assist in the development of the annual Design Report by organizing and validating data input.

Collaborate with the Client Service Team to ensure data is ready for analysis and interpretation.

Risk and Billing tasks: 

During peak times (February – August) you will also have an active role in Risk Management and Billing Activities:

Issuing invoices correctly within deadlines and sending them to the clients.  

While doing this, you will check the internal database in this respect (client data, validity of contract).  

Actively report on the status of the client account and tracking unpaid bills.  

Respond to clients’ requests or escalate them, depending on the complexity level.  

Assisting with the administration and management of key accounts.
