Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Leadership: Shape and execute the HR roadmap aligned with
business priorities, transformation agenda, and global HR strategy.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing
insight and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change
management.
• People & Culture Champion: Foster a
- performance, inclusive culture that
supports innovation, agility, and employee
- being.
• Employee Relations & Social Dialogue: Lead constructive engagement with
employee representatives, ensuring compliance, business competitiveness and
fostering a climate of trust.
• Talent & Capability Development: Drive talent acquisition, succession planning,
leadership development, and upskilling initiatives to
- proof the organization.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a
- performing HR team (4 direct
reports), empowering them to deliver excellence and grow in their roles.
• Global Collaboration: Act as a connector between local and global HR teams,
ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across the Group.
Profile We’re Looking For
• Seasoned HR Leader with 10+ years of progressive HR experience in complex,
matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record in leading HR teams and partnering with senior business
leaders in transformation contexts.
• Strong labor relations expertise, including experience with unions and collective
bargaining.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into impactful people
strategies.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
• Resilient and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ethical and inclusive, with a passion for people and purpose.
