
HR Generalist medical
ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for an HR Generalist for one of the largest international medical companies.
The role focuses on actively contributing to talent management, training, onboarding, and employee development to support organizational growth and effectiveness, while also coordinating outsourced HR functions (as recruitment and administration).
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to broader HR initiatives, including on-boarding, talent development and employee engagement;
- Supporting the overall human resources strategy with a focus on staff retention, engagement, productivity and employee satisfaction;
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws in all recruitment and HR practices;
- Supervision of the recruitment process for assigned positions;
- Consulting and supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle;
- Improve and enforce policies related to all aspects of personnel activities;
- Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards;
- Implement HR policies and to ensure that all decisions are fair and objective;
- Contribute to the annual budget process covering all HR items (compensation and benefits, training, recruitment).
Requirements:
- University degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field;
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR professional, preferably in a multinational company;
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, enabling fast adaptation and operational effectiveness;
- Great experience in recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
- MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2);
- Quickly integrate into the role and ensure effective contribution to HR activities across Romania and Ukraine;
- Ability to positively challenge and influence managers within the business and partner them in delivering business results;
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to multi-task and work under pressure.
