
HR Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Маnager to join our growing organization and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our human resources strategies. The ideal candidate will be a people-centric leader with a proven track record in HR management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As HR Team Lead, you will not only manage a high-performing HR team but also collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's overall vision and goals.
What will your role be?
- Develop and update recruitment and talent retention programs.
- Participate in the development of training, professional development, and employee motivation programs.
- Create strategies for building corporate culture.
- Develop strategies for internal events and manage their implementation.
- Coordinate with external partners to prepare employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, and termination orders.
- Prepare various reports to track the effectiveness of HR processes.
- Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree o
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, driving results and maintaining high team morale.
- Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
