Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and contribute to the development of business strategies
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
- Experience in building and maintaining a positive and collaborative HR team culture
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Experience managing organizational change, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Ability to facilitate and lead cultural transformation within the organization
- Proven track record in fostering a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation.
- Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Ability to design and implement employee development program
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate HR strategies and policies to employees.
