- end="770">- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs;
- end="841">- Oversee

- end recruitment processes (local and international);
- end="924">- Act as a strategic partner for business leaders, offering coaching and support;
- end="977">- Lead performance and talent development programs;
- end="1051">- Manage Comp & Ben, payroll processes, and ensure labor law compliance;
- end="1112">- Optimize HR processes and tools for efficiency and scale;
- end="1177">- Support internal communication and employer branding efforts.
- end="1208">Requirements:
- end="1312">
- end="1310">- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including proven experience in the BPO/SSC sector (mandatory)
- end="1392">- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR operational processes;
- end="1447">- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills;
- end="1469">- Fluent in English;
- end="1526">- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
