Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, More information is available at ROLE SUMMARYThe shared services HR Operations Manager leads the delivery of centralised HR services across Sophos EMEA, aligning to global practices and processes and ensuring these are managed and delivered in a legally compliant manner in each country supported. The post holder will ensure

- end support for transactions, offers, contracts, onboarding and
- boarding, payroll, system changes and updates, policy queries — while driving efficiency and consistency. This role bridges HR operational excellence, HR business partners and, HR subject matter experts ( comp, benefits, etc), other linked departments ( payroll, IT, etc) and external vendors to maintain
- level agreements and seamless employee experiences across multiple countries with numerous language disciplines. This is a small team supporting approximately 1500 employees in the region, working closely with the EMEA HR Leaders and VP HR EMEA, as well as connecting with other regional operations teams to cultivate shared experiences, expertise and execution. The role is new to Sophos and expected to be transformative in way we deliver these services today.
