What will you do as an HR Operations Specialist?

The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This includes payroll preparation, legal compliance for hiring and terminations, employee relations support, streamlining HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and managing local employee benefits. The position is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly and annual HR administrative processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing HR and payroll data, including processing new hires, terminations, and employee changes.

As our future colleague, you should have:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Romania HR operations, administration, or payroll.
