Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Responsibilities:
- Create new hire records, process data changes, manage leave of absence requests, and handle other core HR administrative processes.
- Offer direct support and guidance to employees and managers, resolving inquiries efficiently and directing them to the right resources.
- Analyze HR data to identify improvements and contribute to the standardization of processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
