- growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a committed and thorough HR Specialist to join our growing Shared Service Center team in Bucharest.

In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently executing key HR activities—including overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes—maintaining seamless communication with candidates to ensure all necessary employment documentation is collected. You'll play a vital part in ensuring an efficient and welcoming employee experience from day one.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collecting and verifying
- related documentation from candidates and forwarding it to the relevant internal departments.

• Scheduling
- employment and periodic medical
- ups in coordination candidates/employees and external medical providers.

• Creating employee records, maintaining employee information up to date across various internal systems and applications.

• Managing the process of obtaining access permits for port entry.

• Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring ongoing communication with responsible internal departments and external service providers.

• Collaborating with the direct manager to create tailored onboarding plans for each new hire, monitoring implementation, ensuring timely and quality execution, and reporting regularly on onboarding progress using agreed KPIs.

• Overseeing the exit interview process for departing employees, analyzing and reporting results regularly, and proposing actions to improve employee retention.

• Ensuring transparent and efficient communication with internal stakeholders regarding HR-related activities and collaborating with staff across departments to meet their HR-related needs in a timely manner.

• Supports the line manager in implementing new processes and procedures to enhance existing workflows; suggests and develops improvements to increase efficiency and meet objectives.

• Documents and regularly updates procedures and work instructions for all activities within the scope of responsibility.

Your Profile:

• Higher Education degree in a related field (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, .

• Approximately 3 years of previous work experience in the HR field, preferably within a Shared Service Center/Business Process Outsourcing environment.  

• Strong knowledge of HR processes (with a focus on onboarding, offboarding and employee administration).

• Strong proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office suite and HR software.

• Strong and confident communicator – both in writing and in person, across all levels and teams. Professional level of communication in both Romanian and English.

• Skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.

• Naturally collaborative, with a talent for building trusted relationships across departments and with external partners.

• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous performance improvement.

• Sharp time management and prioritization skills, thriving in
- paced environments.

• Agile and adaptable – embraces change with a positive,
