- start="478">HSE Specialist will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- site to ensure compliance with both local regulations and company policies. The role supports the operational teams in maintaining a safe working environment and fostering a strong safety culture across all activities.

- specific HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives.

- start="969">Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

- start="1077">Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify and mitigate hazards.

- start="1653">Qualifications & Experience

- start="1687">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

- start="1778">Minimum
- start="1786">3–5 years of experience in HSE roles within the
- start="1838">energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors (preferably in Operations & Maintenance or power generation).

- start="1949">Strong knowledge of Romanian and EU HSE legislation and standards.
- start="2018" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">
- start="2020">Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.

- start="2105">Certifications such as
- start="2128">NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or similar are considered an advantage.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Romanian fluency required.
