Job Description

• Maintain and optimize Hub
  Spot CRM structure, workflows, properties, and lists;
  
  
• Ensure clean, accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and database organization;
  
  
• Create and update forms, landing pages, CTAs, and basic email campaigns (newsletters, segmented emails);
  
  
• Support outreach operations through sequences, templates, and management of connected tools;
  
  
• Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaigns, including basic dashboards.
  
  

• 1+ years of
  - on experience working closely with Hub
  Spot CRM;
  
  
• Strong understanding of CRM organization, workflows, properties, and data structure;
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate clearly across teams;
  
  
• Proactive,
  - oriented, and comfortable improving existing systems;
  
  
• Upper-intermediate English level.
  
  

• Experience executing or supporting marketing campaigns
  -
  - end;
  
  
• Basic HTML/CSS for small template or email adjustments;
  
  
• Familiarity with marketing lifecycle or lead management;
  
  
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc) for newsletters/forms.
