We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Bucharest, responsible for managing the full onboarding process and maintaining accurate employee records. This role includes administering employee benefits programs, handling payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a multinational environment. Fluency in English is essential, and Oracle system knowledge is a plus. A proactive,
- oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are key for success in this role.
