Iron Mountain is seeking an Onboarding&Recruitment Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month
- term contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent role. ︉︍︊︀︁︉︇︋︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
We’re looking for someone with strong onboarding experience—particularly in managing offers, contracts, and employment documentation for hires in Romania. While recruitment experience is a plus, we’re also open to candidates who are eager to develop their skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
In this role, you'll support and collaborate throughout the hiring lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new employees. You’ll also manage

This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule. While there are no mandatory office days, occasional presence in either Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest is required to meet candidates for signing employment documents.
