You will work on a
- term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise.  

Role description: Information Security is responsible for preventing IT-based crime, hacking, intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction to the organization's information systems and IT assets and intellectual property. The focus of the role is to ensure highly professional and productive procedures, policies and processes are in place and aligned and agreed with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential Information Security threats by assessing probability and impact, and implementing mitigations
• Monitor and contribute to the implementation of the Information Security strategy
• Evaluate internal controls related to Information Security risks
• Ensure procedures, policies, and processes are aligned and agreed with stakeholders
• Develop and implement effective controls and Info
  Sec strategies across the organization
• Manage client relationships and ensure focus on Information Security
• Migrate legacy applications to Cloud (e. g. , GCP)
• Drive technical clarifications, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead resolution efforts
• Communicate with senior stakeholders
• Chair major incident management calls
• Support IAM solution architecture planning and implementation
• Oversee migration of IAM tools from
  - premises (e. g. , One
  Identity
  Manager, RSA Aveksa) to Google Cloud Platform (Forge
  Rock)
• Design and evaluate IT changes with internal and external teams
• Maintain architecture documentation in tools like Sparx EA, Confluence, and MS Visio

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including authentication, access control, and recertification processes
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as One
  Identity
  Manager, RSA Aveksa, Forge
  Rock
• Experience migrating legacy applications to Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Experience in migration of IAM tool landscape from
  - Premises (One
  Identity
  Manager/RSA Aveksa/…) into Google Cloud Platform (Forge
  Rock)
• Knowledge of Information Security operations, including cyber threats, forensics, and data leakage prevention
• Experience with IS architecture and engineering, including cryptographic services
• Ability to assess and improve internal controls related to Information Security risks
• Experience planning and implementing Info
  Sec governance frameworks, policies, and processes
• Strong understanding of IT architecture and application/data security
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Sparx EA, Confluence, MS Visio)
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, including with senior leadership
• Experience leading or participating in major incident management calls
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and workshops, driving alignment and
  - making
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, structured work approach
