JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the company’s people strategy by delivering
- quality administrative and operational HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role holder ensures accurate and compliant management of personnel documentation, maintains organized and legally sound employee records, and facilitates smooth HR processes from onboarding to offboarding. Through proactive coordination and attention to detail, this role contributes to a positive employee experience and the efficient functioning of the Human Resources department.
