As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring

technical solutions within customer environments. You will lead system staging,
- site and remote deployments, hardware installations, and configuration of telecom software solutions. The role requires close collaboration with
- functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, including issue tracking, documentation, and report generation. Leveraging your experience in Linux system administration, networking, and databases, you will contribute to
- quality implementations and technical operations. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a
- focused attitude are essential, along with a willingness to travel as needed. Deployment of Enghouse products at Customer site (onsite and remotely).  

This is a Hybrid role based in our Romania office, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office according to your preference. In this position, you will report to the

Manager, Operations.
