Your future role
You’ll manage
procurement operations for Indirect Materials and Services in line with
commodity objectives and support supplier panel relationships (supplier
workload, negotiation, specific agreements). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely
with teams across the business (Commodity Management, Regional Procurement
Director, Site buyers, Requesters, and their management), consolidating the
commodity needs, and much more.
Specifically, you
will set up the full supplier selection process and support the deployment of
commodity strategies, ensuring that the purchased goods and services are both
- effective and of high quality.
We’ll look to you to:
- Prepare and launch Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers
- Lead project negotiations
- Monitor procurement projects
- Prepare Business Award/Bid Comparison Charts and secure agreement
- Provide commitment in the tender phase in agreement with the Commodity Manager
- Represent commodities in front of projects, platforms, and solutions
- Ensure effective collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders for
- solving - Monitor supplier performance and coordinate their development with the Supplier Quality team
- Assess risky suppliers and manage mitigation plans accordingly

- Degree-level education
- Solid knowledge of indirect procurement (goods & services)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, and willingness to take initiative
- Good communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
