We are looking for a visionary leader with solid experience in fashion retail, someone who has a strong commercial mindset. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in roles such as Commercial Director, Retail Director or Head of Commercial team and is ready to guide Bershka's strategy and growth in Romania.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and coordinates the Bershka commercial team in Romania, ensuring that commercial activities in stores are carried out efficiently, in line with company standards and policies.
• Drives the commercial strategy at the local level, always aligned with global directives and brand positioning.
• Collaborates with the international head office to ensure that business and commercial objectives are consistently met.
• Maintains a close relationship with area managers, store managers and visual teams, identifying market opportunities, planning actions and guiding the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Oversees the implementation of company procedures and policies, supporting the team in making the best decisions regarding product selection, visual merchandising, store image, sales, stock, inventory management and budget control.
• Communicates all commercial decisions and initiatives effectively to the field team.
• Analyzes commercial KPIs and performance reports, taking proactive measures to drive results.
• Ensures that visual merchandising and product display standards are in line with the brand's image and guidelines set by the head office in Spain.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail in a similar role (e. g. , Commercial Director, Retail Manager, Area Manager, Head of Commercial, etc. ).
• Strong background in commercial management, team leadership, and business strategy.
• Clear understanding of product rotation, stock optimization, and consumer behavior within the fashion retail landscape.
• Excellent communication skills, dynamism, and a strong ability to influence and motivate teams.
• High level of analytical thinking, organizational skills, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with attention to detail and a
  - oriented mindset.
• Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power
  Point.
