Influencer Marketing Performance Analyst
Job Description

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance across multiple platforms (Instagram, Tik 
 Tok, You
 Tube, etc. ).
- Track KPIs, engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and ROI for client campaigns. 
- Prepare reports and dashboards to share insights with internal teams and clients. 
- Work closely with campaign managers to recommend optimizations based on performance data. 
- Identify trends in content, creator performance, and audience behavior to inform future campaigns. 
- Collaborate with the team to refine measurement processes and reporting workflows.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing analytics, digital marketing, or performance analysis. 
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and analytics platforms. 
- Understanding of social media platforms, influencer metrics, and campaign KPIs. 
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to present insights clearly to both clients and internal teams. 
- Interest in influencer marketing and 
 - led campaigns.
