H, we are looking for a customer service specialist in the Competence Center Customer and Service Management, Service Management team at the Düsseldorf location from the earliest possible date.

As a Service Manager (f/m/d), you will provide holistic support and representation for the IT services assigned to you with regard to customer requirements, from the request received through the entire life cycle of the service. You will act as a link between customer and service management and the specialist KCs of the NOW IT Gmb
H business units.
Here you coordinate customer interests and service options of NOW IT Gmb
H against the background of the specified guidelines of the shareholders, for example with regard to the optimization of business processes and cost reductions.
Your area of responsibility includes in particular - Responsibility as a generalist (f/m/d) for the assigned IT services
- Responsibility for overarching tasks relating to the assigned IT services
- Analysis of the IT market to generate new offers for IT services as part of the service portfolio
Your qualification:
Ideally, you have a degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science) or have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills.
In addition, sound knowledge and good knowledge of the following topics is desirable:
- Knowledge of business administration
- Broad IT expertise and knowledge of MS Office products
- Sound knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation certification) and IT contract law
- Knowledge of IT service catalog and service level management
- Knowledge of all infrastructure components required for an IT service
- Sound knowledge of project management methods
Your personality profile:
Your personal requirements include a high degree of customer and service orientation. You also need conceptual and analytical skills and an independent way of working. A confident and confident manner are just as much a part of your strengths as communication skills and experience in conducting discussions and moderation techniques. Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as the willingness to travel (also for several days) round off your profile.
