Information Security Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Information Security Officers (ISO) Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support in overseeing and managing the organization's Global Security program for the EU region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the ISO team in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations related to information security initiatives
- Assist in the implementation, and maintenance of information security policies and procedures.
- Assist that security policies are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders and facilitate adherence
- Support the ISO team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant company standards, and legal requirements
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits and assessments
- Incident Response Support - Collaborate with the ISO team in providing assistance during security incidents, including documentation, communication, and coordination of response activities
- Contribute to the development and execution of security awareness programs for employees
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance the organization's overall security posture
Risk Assessment and Management:
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize and address identified risks
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In depth knowledge and understanding of information security concepts (technical and
- technical controls), risk management, industry best practices and relevant legal and regulatory requirements (like GDPR) - Ability to communicate technical subjects to both IT and business–centric audiences to build champions and deliver results
- Team player with ability to build
- active,
- operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and teamwork - Excellent command of English, any additional languages are a plus"
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Information security consultancy or security office roles
- Proven risk management understanding
- Previous experience in managing multiple stakeholder
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
- Ability to influence and lead people through change
Other:
- Security certification is a plus like CISM, CRISC, CISSP
