Responsabilitati:
- Participa la sedintele de planificare saptamanale ;
- Informeaza asupra problemelor de service aparute ;
- Indeplineste programul sabilit raspunzand solicitarilor de service atribuite prin sistemul informatic de monitorizare a activitatilor ;
- Pregateste deplasarea din toate punctele de vedere in colaborare cu seful direct si celelalte departamente conexe ;
- Rezolva lucrarile programate si cele reportate si daca este cazul si solicitarile transmise telefonic in timpul deplasarilor ;
- Intocmeste documentele corespunzatoare la fiecare interventie , contract de service sau instalare si introduce toate aceste date in sistemul computerizat al firmei;
- Repara echipamentele si se ocupa de procurarea pieselor de schimb din firma;
- Studiaza documentatia de service din cadrul departamentului pentru rezolvarea competenta a problemelor de service aparute;
- Face propuneri de dotare cu aparate si piese de schimb necesare bunei desfasurari a activitatii;
- Rezolva sarcinile atribuite prin fisa postului dar alte sarcini primite de la seful de department;
- Participa la cursuri de instruire, expozitii, simpozioane, demonstratii si diverse aplicatii organizate de firma;
- Respecta procedurile sistemului calitatii aplicabile departamentului si a politicii firmei;
- Urmareste respectarea procedurilor sistemului calitatii aplicabile departamentului si a politicii firmei;
Cerinte:
- Studii superioare in domeniul chimiei
- Limba Engleza avansat
- Experienta in service pentru echipamente – min 2 ani
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare.
- Capacitatea de a lucra eficient atat individual, cat si in echipa.
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
- Certificat Frigotehnist (nice to have, nu obligatoriu)
