Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the sale of personal protective equipment to current and new customers within assigned territory by following and closing opportunities, introducing new products, developing existing business, tracking and managing special price process, and acting as a constant interface between customers and different HSP teams. The responsibility will include the entire sales process, starting from identifying new sales opportunities by phone and online, through contact with both new and existing partners, needs investigation, selecting the right products, objection handling and closing sales agreements. The sales cycle must be documented and registered under HSP CRM system. Based on identified customer needs, opportunities are generated and followed by orders and sales revenue. By working with the CRM system, ISR will be able to efficiently manage sales dynamics. The role might also require marketing campaign & lead management, cold calling activities, pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results. Contact with customers will be carried out through electronic channels. Sales success is achieved by properly formulate the benefits of HSP solutions and products. Inside Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate agility in responses and actions, act as a trusted advisor, maintain customer satisfaction and provide highest level of professionalism and involvement when engaging in their requests, concerns and challenges.
YOU ARE
Highly customer centric - You are required to meet Annual Sales AOP and assigned activities (MOS/KPI). You will focused on building
- term, meaningful customer relationships both via the phone email and, sporadically, through
- site visits. You will act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with HSP. Providing and maintaining superior customer satisfaction, utilizing problem solving skills to bring resolution to all requests/inquiries/complaints are focus of the position.
A collaborator and team player - You will collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met on time. You will be involved in
- hoc team projects to address revenue gaps, orders, and other business objectives.
Motivated to generate new business - You will identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e. g. Sales or Marketing). Focusing on account management activities: upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. You will actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs, and conduct online product trainings.
Comfortable working with analytics - Manage special price requests or technical inquiries. Forecast and pipeline management (accuracy & sufficiency) and reporting in SFDC. Ensure SFDC all data accuracy. Provide and maintain superior customer satisfaction, utilizing problem solving skills to bring resolution to all requests/inquiries/complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken German
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields required
- Excellent analysis and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
