Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities

- Develop and sustain customer relationships for the assigned territory.
- Network within the customer account and industry.
- Collaborate with Sales representative, Pre-sales team & Technicians to drive demand and generate customer success.
- Prepare quotations (new/renewal offers) and send them to the designated customers.
- Drive maximum customer satisfaction and develop product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the customer.
- Be familiar with demand generation,
- sell services, prioritize leads that are developed as opportunities in NEX. - Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry development.
- Support channel marketing with price revision and follow up internal action & status Support.
- Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with sales team. This includes win/loss analysis so we can iterate the approach based on our success and failures.
- Improve and maintain Salesforce structure for accurate
- accounts (groups/programs), opportunities, and contacts. - Work with Channel Managers on call campaigns and quotes for RFQs through distribution.
- Monitor distributor sales progress; provide them feedback via periodic business reviews.
- Update project information and event tracking in our sales database.

- University degree in economy or technics.
- Language skills: native language Romania + English, Croatian language nice to have.
- Passion for sales and strong determination to build a
- term career. - Client management skills, well organized, ability to work under deadline pressure condition and the ability to operate as a “ manager of one ”.
- Experience with Salesforce or NEX (nice to have).
- 2+ years business sales support experience.
- Readinessto travel.
