As a team member of the Group Sector Central Function Quality & Technical Compliance of Conti
Tech, you are the main contact partner in terms of Rule Governance for the Integrated Management System Conti
Tech.

In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks:

Ensure full
- out, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System for Conti
Tech and support strategic development

Development and execution of trainings around Conti
Tech Integrated Management System and act as support for Central Functions and Business Areas

Take over the role as Rule Governance Responsible for Conti
Tech

Act as business process owner and Central Key User for document management and process visualization tool

Define, maintain and improve Rule Governance Process for Conti
Tech

Ensure Rule Governance within Conti
Tech including all Group Sector functions and take over active rule management for defined rules

Monitor Conti
Tech Integrated Management System regarding
-
- dateness, completeness and freedom from conflicts

Active member in Integrated Management System network, rule creation or rule review teams

Qualifications

Academic degree in the field of Engineering, Production Technology, Business Administration or comparable

Professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management Systems

Broad experience in Integrated Management Systems or Quality Management System and functional processes including operations

Experience in the implementation of international processes, programs or strategies

Experience in different organizations (cross BA, Group Sector)

Structured problem solving, continuous improvement and project management experience

Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)

You inspire your stakeholder and contact partner with an effective communication of high intercultural sensitivity

You are convinced that networking and knowledge sharing are key drivers for success
