Role description:

We are looking for an Integration Architect/Analyst to join our transformation program, where the main focus is the decommissioning of the legacy accounting system and transition to a cloud-based finance platform. You will play a key role in building an application that facilitates clientaccounting interactions, with a strong emphasis on chart of accounts integration and modern,
- time services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and specify integration solutions using REST APIs, Java, Spring Boot, and related tools.
• Support the transition from legacy Oracle database to a no
  SQL database environment.
• Define and document data flows to ensure smooth integration between the new system and accounting processes (e. g. , generation of accounting entries).
• Write detailed technical specifications for integration with accounting/finance applications.
• Create user stories, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation for web/mobile applications.
• Build mockups/wireframes in tools such as Visio, Axure, or Figma for
  - facing applications.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Data teams to ensure requirements are well understood and translated into scalable integration solutions.
• Work with
  - functional teams to implement modern integration patterns (e. g. ,
  - time events).
• Ensure proper versioning and documentation of services using Git
  Hub and API testing via Soap
  UI/Postman.

Profile : 

• 2+ years experience as an Integration Architect, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of:

  • REST APIs, Java, Spring Boot

  • Soap
    UI (WSDL), Postman

  • Git
    Hub

  • Databases: SQL and no
    SQL (basic understanding; not focused on data migration)

• Exposure to finance/accounting systems or
  - related projects.

• Strong understanding of data flows and
  - based integrations.

• Experience writing technical specifications and integration designs.

• Ability to work with mockup/prototyping tools (Visio, Axure, Figma).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of data mapping concepts and ability to define input/output transformations.

• Experience designing web or mobile application flows.

• Previous work on finance/accounting transformation projects.

• Understanding of cloud-based system integrations.
