DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary representative of the Company, demonstrating expert knowledge and a commitment to delivering
  - quality gaming experiences
• Exemplify and uphold the Company's brand image by consistently adhering to the Company's presentation and grooming standards
• Conduct all game presentations in a professional manner, consistently showcasing exceptional presentation skills in line with the Company's performance expectations
• Effectively engage players and immerse them in the live dealer experience
• Demonstrate and maintain a high level of technical proficiency across all games, ensuring constant
  - awareness and compliance with the Company's Brand guidelines
• Perform all gaming operations in full accordance with current regulations and the Company's prescribed standards for efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction
• Play an active role in the company's ongoing improvement initiatives to support future growth plans within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both English and Italian at a professional level is a fundamental requirement
• Exceptional presentation skills are a necessity
• An enthusiastic and optimistic demeanor with a sociable personality is essential
• The ability to sustain high energy levels for the entirety of games that demand a more lively performance is crucial
• Flexibility in work hours and a commitment to 24/7 shifts are required
• Reliability and a strong record of punctuality and attendance are prerequisites
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are vital since this role involves direct customer interaction
• Demonstrated ability to think swiftly, remain composed under pressure, and maintain precision, discipline, and discretion is imperative.
