Collaborating with dealers, sales, marketing, procurement, and partner brands to assess feasibility and pricing for special product requests

Preparing accurate and timely quotations for customized products outside the standard catalog

Managing codification processes in SAP to enable quoting and tracking of special products

Improving operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to Lean-driven solutions

Tracking multiple ongoing requests and maintaining clear documentation and
- up

Learning Steelcase’s product portfolio and quoting tools to enhance service quality

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in English (C1) and French or German (minimum B2)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Customer-centric mindset with adaptability in a
- paced, hybrid work environment

Basic technical affinity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook)

Desired Skills and Experience

Exposure to global operations, quotation processes, or sales support or exposure in a multicultural environment

Strong analytical,
- solving, and organizational skills

Effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments

Ability to interpret technical specifications and product details
