Internal Account Manager

Location: Jucu

Work Type: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.

Manage the sales process
-
- end: follow up on leads, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to develop and implement sales strategies for your region.

Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.

Handle contract negotiations and renewals in line with company policies and guidelines.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards in customer interactions.

Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned region.

You should have

A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the logistics, packaging, or industrial equipment/components sector.

Fluency in Englishis required; knowledge of German or Polishis highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a
- oriented mindset.

Ability to work proactively, stay well-organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

A customer-first attitude,
- solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

A team player with a commercial mindset and experience in international environments.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
