Purpose:

As a strategic partner to leadership, the Internal Communication Manager drives impactful, inclusive, and engaging communication across Coca-Cola HBC Romania. This role ensures alignment with business priorities, enhances employee experience through storytelling and multimedia content, manages internal channels, and supports employer branding by empowering employees as brand ambassadors.
