- tier research companies globally. Active in over 60 countries, we are expanding our Bucharest team and seeking a talented account manager to drive our growth.
Tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Campaign Analysis: Proactively analyze client campaign results to suggest improvements and optimize performance.
- Targets: Meet and exceed targets for your portfolio.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional
- lead support to retain clients and ensure prompt responses to inquiries. - Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Global Account Director to develop customized sales action plans.
- Team Alignment: Collaborate with media buyers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Promotion: Introduce new products and services to both new and existing clients.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Proven experience in account management/project management/client service. Previous work in market research and/or affiliate marketing.
- Skills: Fast learner,
- motivated, and
- driven. Strong analytical and proactive approach. - Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field.
- Availability: Work three days a week from our Bucharest office and two days from home.
