If you are a Law graduate seeking
- on experience, this internship offers the chance to support corporate governance and legal processes across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Reporting to the Manager, Governance & Securities, you will assist with drafting corporate documents, preparing materials for meetings, supporting regulatory filings, and conducting legal research to ensure compliance and maintain accurate corporate records.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the execution of the company’s governance and legal strategies as assigned by members of the Governance & Securities Department.

Assist with the maintenance of the global legal entity management system, ensuring that corporate governance documentation (, minute books, resolutions, bylaws, incorporation and restructuring documents, powers of attorney) is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Conduct legal and corporate research on governance policies, precedents, regulatory requirements, and best practices relevant to MEA legal entities.

Draft and update corporate structure charts, subsidiary and affiliate lists, and assist with explanations of historical governance records.

Prepare memos, summaries, internal communications, and maintain trackers for ongoing governance processes and deadlines.

Support the preparation of
- related sections in tenders, vendor
- qualification documents, and similar requests.

Provide corporate documents to internal teams and external stakeholders when required

In collaboration with, and under the guidance of, Governance Department members:

Prepare materials for Annual Shareholders’ Meetings, Board of Directors’ Meetings, and other
- related meetings.

Track and ensure that corporate records and archives for MEA entities and branch offices remain complete, accurate, and up to date.

Assist with regulatory filings and
- specific compliance requirements, including license updates and statutory reporting.

Support corporate processes such as new entity incorporations, liquidations, mergers,
- acquisition integrations, and changes in board or management composition.

Assist with drafting banking Powers of Attorney and other
- related documents.

Liaise with external legal advisors on governance and
- related matters.

Perform any other duties necessary for the effective functioning of the Governance & Securities Group.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Advanced MS Office skills

Excellent oral and written English (C)

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Previous experience in Compliance, Legal, or Corporate Governance will be considered a plus.
