People Data Operations (6 months) role!

In this role you support in maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis frameworks to support HR processes such as Recruitment, Headcount, Turnover, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Compliance, Payroll, and HR operational performance. Creates reports & analysis, based on requirements, provides data driven insights.

Providing assistance in the ongoing maintenance and administrative functions of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a solid focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data maintained within the platform.

Offering support to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team by performing data entry tasks, updating employee records, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and data quality within the system.

Collaborating with team members to help identify, fixin and resolving basic technical issues or system errors reported by users, aspiring to maintain smooth and uninterrupted system functionality.

Assisting in the creation, compilation, and detailed analysis of various human resources reports and metrics, giving to
- driven
- making and strategic planning efforts.

Taking part in the review, testing, and implementation processes for new system enhancements, additional modules, tools, process improvements, or software updates to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Supporting the upkeep and organization of
- related documentation, including the development and maintenance of comprehensive user guides and reference materials.

Providing timely and accurate support to
- users by responding to inquiries, clarifying processes, and assisting with any issues related to the HRIS system and its functionalities.

Contributing to data migration and system integration efforts by assisting with the preparation, validation, and transfer of data between platforms or systems, ensuring a detailed transition and system compatibility.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in a working area

Good attention to detail and timeliness; previous experience with handling/analysing data;

Proficient English language skills (verbal and written);

High level of integrity, confidentiality and tact;

Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ perspective,

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel);

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Prior experience or familiarity with working on or handling databases

Knowledge of the German language

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling

Previous experience such as internship, volunteering, work and travel, etc. (part-time or
- time).
