We are looking for a Inventory Planning & Asset Specialist to join our Operations Team in Bucharest.

What you will do :

Support the Operations strategy for the RO in your area of responsibility. This will require the provision of a detailed operational review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the performance objectives of the department.

Play an active role in supporting and ensuring all KPI’s such as DOH, Kit OTIF, efficiency, quality & financial metrics are monitored effectively and achieved.

Take responsibility for operational and inventory management of your area with the expectation of driving cost and inventory down and a strong focus on Return-on-Investment (ROI) of consignment business / free stock and process optimization.

Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to our customers.

Build and maintain relationships with other Functions while driving leverage opportunities across the areas.

Review and submit DAR / Shrinkage Disposal requests, review the processes related to these and look for ways to reduce the waste.

Perform Rolling Analysis of the inventory LTC figures vs sales to retrieve Sleeping or Non performing consignment according to the targets defined by Europe.

Optimize LTC Customer stock or up the item level for each product brand / customer / Franchise to reduce inventory.

Support the management of Phase-in Phase-out products in collaboration with local and European Marketing and other functions involved – PLCM project lead for RO.

What you need :

Experience 3 to 5 years experience in a related role (planning/Inventory management /consignment / purchasing or any other Supply-Chain related experience)

Good knowledge of Excel & Power
BI

Good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.

Must have ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar).
