Mission

You work in a team of dedicated and friendly colleagues and are responsible for a challenging and complex task with central importance to the company – IT support for our portfolio of CRM & Customer System Portfolio (KYC – inhouse application; Addressware, Siebel CRM, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Data Integrator)

You are the central contact person for technical and specialized questions and act as a coordinator between business, IT units and external service providers.

You are responsible for ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for
- related requests from business and IT departments

The efficient implementation of fault and trouble management and the complete monitoring of new application versions are also part of your tasks

You are responsible for handling requests, incidents, problems & changes and error situations.

Integration and management of delivered program or system changes is in your area of responsibility

You are responsible for implementing technical requirements and descriptions in the context of the existing application landscape

You maintain and improve the documentation of the managed systems

Profile

You have successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics, or you have comparable knowledge and experience

You bring experience in application management, ideally in CRM field

You have expertise with ITIL processes

You have previous knowledge in Dev
Ops area, automation and deployment processes

You are confidently using SQL and PL/SQL

You have previous experience with Siebel CRM and / or Oracle Business Intelligence for Applications (ODI and OBIEE)

You are a team player and can communicate, you like working independently at the same time and with a
- quality awareness

Your analytical way of thinking and methodological approach as well as good German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
