Job Description

• Oversee the configuration and customisation of integrations between various systems (like ERP, CRM, e
  Commerce Platform, BI, Logistic Tools as well as end customer and vendor applications), ensuring compliance and quality across international locations;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating them into technical requirements for integration solutions;
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on integration objectives;
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes through integration;
• Design and implement integration strategies that connect various applications, platforms, and data systems to ensure seamless workflows;
• Manage deployments, conduct customised
  - user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders;
• Lead international projects to implement integrations between various IT systems. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations;
• Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle;

• Good understanding of IT business applications and their integration;
• Proven experience in leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and
  - functional backgrounds;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English. German language skills are considered a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology;
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems creatively;
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to
  - technical audiences;
• Relevant certifications in project management;
