In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Configure Oracle Compensation in line with Business Unit needs and Emerson Global HRIS standards.

Bring together, document, and validate business requirements for Oracle HCM, primarily focusing on Compensation.

Support HCM implementations and onboarding activities across functions.

Conduct data validation and payroll parallel testing.

Maintain consistent reporting standards and coordinate
- unit reporting needs.

Present scalable,
- practice solutions aligned with business objectives.

Help construct test plans and conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and improvements.

Perform functional and regression testing to ensure system stability.

Assist with initiatives concerning HRIS and internal processes.

Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules as needed.

Research, test, and validate new Oracle features prior to production rollout.

Transition completed implementations to ongoing HRIS support.

Resolve production issues in collaboration with the Operations team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field;

Two to five years configuration, implementation, or business support experience;

Ready and willing to share information, as vital;

Ability to efficiently work in a team environment;

Excellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Oracle HCM experience preferred; however, other HCM system experience will be considered;

Able to connect with personnel in
- disciplines from the clerical level to senior management;

Able to interact expertly with clients, contractors, and vendors both internal and external;

Experience with large change initiatives is a plus;

Interacts with other team members to exchange information and builds a positive and productive team dynamic
