Join our dynamic Information Technology team as an IT Consultant in the Finance & Controlling IT area. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:

Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the Finance & Controlling IT.

Plan, execute, and deliver
- quality project outcomes on time and within budget.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.

Lead project teams, fostering teamwork

Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.

Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.

Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions

Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Finance & Controlling applications, ensuring optimal availability and
- efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage the application lifecycle and support.

Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to
- create strategic solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in IT or
- related roles, with at least 2–3 years in IT application operations or project delivery.

Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools.

Experience with Finance & Controlling applications is a strong advantage.

Proven ability to manage projects and work packages independently.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Business fluent in English (written and spoken).

Self-motivated,
- oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment.
