Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and
- oriented IT Financial Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for the effective management of financial resources related to our IT infrastructure and software. You will be responsible for budgeting, procurement, accounting, and vendor communication, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Financial Planning:
  form, manage, and control the IT budget.
• License and Subscription Management:
  purchase and renew domains, software licenses, and online subscriptions. Maintain detailed records of all IT-related subscriptions, license statuses, renewal dates, and associated costs.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  build and maintain effective communication with contractors and vendors. Coordinate work with the legal and finance departments regarding contract negotiation and management.
• Financial Operations and Reporting:
  create and submit payment requests to the Finance Department. Monitor and process requests for monthly automatic debits. Maintain accurate records for internal audits and planning.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or in IT financial management;
• Understanding of budgeting, financial control, and basic accounting principles;
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems;
• General understanding of IT terminology and internal IT processes;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an IT company or a company with a large IT department;
• Knowledge of key IT solution providers and their licensing policies;
• Experience working with legal documents and contracts.
