- end="500">Join us as a Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support Consultant to provide
- site technical assistance to
- users. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as providing support for IT peripherals, video conferencing tools, and basic LAN issues. As part of the IT support team, you'll assist users with various technical challenges, ensure smooth IT operations, and contribute to a positive
- user experience.

- end="721">Provide Level 2
- site IT support for
- users, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, Windows systems, printers, peripherals, video conferencing equipment, and LAN.

- end="815">Respond to escalated technical issues from Level 1 support and ensure effective resolution.

- end="898">Handle software and hardware configurations, installations, and troubleshooting.

- end="1003">Provide basic network support (LAN connectivity issues, troubleshooting basic network configurations).

- end="1076">Maintain documentation for recurring issues and troubleshooting steps.

- end="1192">Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, ideally in Level 2 support roles.

- end="1318">Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Windows OS, hardware (laptops, printers, peripherals), and basic networking (LAN).

- end="1393">Languages: Fluent in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).

- end="1486">Driver’s License: Category B (for mobility in the field and between client locations).
