what will your working day look like?  
 
 
 
 
 
strategy management:  
understand the technology strategy of customer, customers’ problems, and opportunities.  
develop and maintain up to date 2-3 years IT SSC strategy in full alignment with customer, articulate the need for change and improvements to drive efficiency and innovation in service management
 
articulate the strategy and get customer’ buy in
 
constantly monitor the external environment and trends in service management, bring and adapt new practices
 
drive data driven approaches and models across all areas of IT SSC
 
define and bring to the reality innovations pipeline for both SSC processes and for Mc
D
 
 
 
 
 
customer relationship management: 
create and maintain stakeholders map, assess stakeholders’ styles, current perception of IT services and execute the individual plans to improve
 
define and execute the appropriate ceremonies and reporting
 
business partnering to shape the demand and act as a positive disruptor
execution: 
 
 
 
 
vendor management: 
from selection and onboarding through regular performance review and adjustments till contracts closure/vendors exit following the polices.  
information security: ensure security of environments and data following relevant policies
deliver SSC relevant part of clients security.  
IT service management processes improvement: drive cost efficiency, automation and digitalization, data driven processes.  
lead the SSC team: review the performance, provide reasonable feedback, ensure people development and trainings
coach and mentor, develop and train people, drive DE&
I and constantly adapt the organizational structure design to the current needs and process to drive more collaboration and innovative ways to run IT Services
- leverage modern delivery models to drive the projects (Agile, Waterfall and combinations)
 
measure processes performance and make decisions based on facts and data
define KPIs and report against them.

excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
