Our team in Cluj-Napoca is seeking a talented and motivated IT Operations Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance, availability, and reliability of our complex web application for a premium automotive brand.

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly, and implementing proactive measures to optimize the application's performance.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

Ensuring the reliable and
- performance operation of central,
- critical infrastructures that run both on cloud and
- prem.

Provision and ongoing support of IT services

Collaborate with
- functional teams to. troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the application's performance.

Perform regular system and application audits for security and compliance.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational best practices.

Introducing new tools and documentation to improve software development and deployment processes.

Processing the helpdesk and supporting employees (ITSM with 2nd and 3rd level)

Participate in
- call rotations to provide support for critical issues.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven passion or experience for IT Operations activities or similar.

Knowledge of web application architectures, networking, and infrastructure components.

Experience with Docker, AWS, ITSM and other Dev
Ops field related technologies.

Experience with Python, Linux Shells, Windows Batch and/or Power
Shell

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills (also in English, German is a plus)

Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
