We are looking for an experienced IT OPS Engineer to strengthen our partner's IT operations team.  The IT OPS Engineer ensures production stability throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a key stakeholder in integrating production requirements, the role contributes to defining technical solutions and oversees their implementation.  

• Analyzing the existing CI/CD platform, defining and executing the migration.

• Supporting application migration to the cloud, adapting CI/CD platforms as required.

• Contributing to the definition of cloud migration standards.

• Promoting the use of existing services to reduce costs and delivery timelines, while ensuring requirements are integrated into the project backlog.

• Favoring reusable solutions when new developments are required.

• Anticipating compliance, architecture standards, and cybersecurity requirements for all chosen solutions.

• Implementing technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring logging, monitoring, and alerting in production.

• Provisioning infrastructure resources (environments, platforms, databases, middleware, certificates and network flows).

• Driving continuous improvement by proposing process optimizations, sharing best practices, and promoting innovation.

• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Proficiency in building Docker images and deploying containerized applications (Kubernetes, Helm).

• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Web
  Sphere and Tomcat (configuration, connectivity, middleware, databases, security).

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments (Red
  Hat).

• Experience with tools such as Git
  Lab, Artifactory, Git
  Lab CI, Sonar
  Qube, Xray, Sonatype, Fortify.

• Proficiency in writing Ansible playbooks.

• Knowledge of scripting and infrastructure development languages (Shell, Python, YAML, etc. ).
• Java development knowledge and experience with development frameworks are a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve production incidents across legacy and cloud environments.

Languages

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).

• Good working knowledge of technical English (able to follow and participate in professional discussions).
