Job Description

For nearly 20 years, we have refined our approach to software development outsourcing to meet the evolving needs of businesses. As we continue to expand, we are seeking individuals to help us identify and recruit top technical talent in the market. Are you interested in joining our team?

Key responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach;

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;

Manage the
-
- end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations;

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs;

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to hiring managers and senior leadership;

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;

Stay
-
- date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment;

Proficiency in English (min. C1 level);

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to work in a
- paced environment and manage multiple priorities;

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software;

Strong organizational and time management skills.
