IT Risk/Cybersecurity Second Level Controller

Are you passionate about IT Risk &/or Cybersecurity and more generally about risk management and compliance? Do you want to join a dynamic team? As a second level Controller, you independently assess control framework implemented by the business to protect Ayvens against IT Risks and cyber threats (data leakage or loss, unauthorized access to systems/data, IT service interruption, database accessibility, etc. ), as well as other risks (credit, operational, compliance, etc. ).
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Interact with teams (LOD1, LOD2, …) within your scope to understand and assess the effectiveness of the control framework; test the control framework (procedures, processes, controls, committees, KPIs, etc. ), and then issue recommendations to strengthen the controls (improve risk coverage and/or efficiency).
- Maintain a close relationship with those responsible for implementing the recommendations, to ensure that they are implemented fully and within the agreed timeframe.
- Contribute to the animation of the network of second level controllers in Ayvens subsidiaries in its area of expertise.
- Participate in the definition, with a
- based approach, of the second level control plan.
- Travel within the entities is potentially to be expected (on average 3-5 days per quarter).
Profile required
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing or banking, including at least 3 years of IT risk/Cybersecurity/IT audit experience, audit/permanent control function or more generally in IT (project, production, support or development)
- Good understanding of the role of internal control in managing risks
- Fluent English, written and oral; another language is a plus
- You have an excellent understanding of the challenges of your work environment and business processes.
- Methodical and proactive, you know how to identify and assess risks to determine the necessary actions
- You are recognized for your analytical skills and ability to highlight priority issues
- Pragmatic and
- oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while ensuring a good level of transparency
- Open-mindedness and ease of working in an international environment
- Excellent communication (oral and written) by knowing how to adapt yourself to interlocutors of all levels including the General/Executive Management of the entities
- Experience in working with data analytics is a plus
