IT Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide
- line technical support and ensure smooth
-
- day IT operations.

You will:

• Handle incidents and tickets, performing troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with users, providing updates, guidance, and training to enhance IT proficiency.
• Deliver timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and
  - related issues.
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange administration, including security groups, mailbox creation, distribution groups and access rights management.
• Document incidents, actions, and resolutions to ensure accurate records and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.

We Ask:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear, professional, and
  - focused approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts covering a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and national holidays.
• Proven experience in an IT support role, including working with ticketing/service desk systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Experince with Microsoft apps(Teams, Outlook) and Atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
